Lovehand | Bodywork Focused on the Core: Abdomen & Pelvis

Lovehand is Gyan Amin’s distinctive approach to bodywork, developed through more than 30 years of massage, meditation and embodied exploration. Centered on the abdomen, diaphragm and pelvis, it brings together attentive touch, conscious breathing, movement, stillness and awareness of physical sensation, emotional experience and life energy.

A session may be quiet and deeply meditative—or physically expressive, intense and full of raw energy. You are welcome to arrive as you are. The work follows what is present in the body, with careful pacing, consent and clear boundaries, inviting relaxation, vitality and a deeper connection with yourself.

One-to-one sessions, professional training and small-group courses are available by arrangement.

Tightness in the abdomen, stiffness or disconnection around the pelvis, lower-back discomfort and accumulated stress are common reasons people seek this work.

The session centers on the abdomen, diaphragm and pelvis—the body’s core. Slow, attentive touch is combined with breathing, movement and guided body awareness. Rather than following a fixed routine, the work responds to what is present in your body from moment to moment.

The experience may be quiet and deeply relaxing, or strong, expressive and full of raw energy. Sensation, movement, sound, emotion or a sense of life energy may arise. Nothing needs to be produced or suppressed. You remain in choice throughout, while the work proceeds with consent, clear boundaries and careful pacing.

This is more than a conventional relaxation massage. It is an invitation to explore the relationship between touch, breath, sensation and the deeper movement of your own body—without requiring or promising any particular outcome.

Who This Is For

Who This Is For

This work may speak to you if:

• You experience tightness or discomfort around the abdomen, pelvis or lower back
• You feel disconnected from your body or find it difficult to settle deeply
• You are curious about breath, sensation, movement and body awareness
• You want a more individualized and experiential approach than standard massage
• You are interested in how physical sensation, emotional experience and life energy may be felt together
• You want a space that can hold quiet relaxation as well as strong, expressive or raw energy
• You value consent, clear boundaries and the freedom to choose what feels right from moment to moment

No particular experience or result is required. The session is an exploration of what is present in your body, approached without force or a predetermined outcome.
