Core Release Session
A focused massage for the body’s core
This 60-minute session is the more physically focused of Gyan’s two one-to-one offerings. It centers on the abdomen, diaphragm and pelvis—areas that often receive little attention in standard massage.
The session may include abdominal massage, attentive hands-on work around the diaphragm and pelvis, and selected elements of Thai bodywork. Rather than following a fixed sequence, the work is adapted to what you feel and need during the session.
The intention is to invite physical relaxation and a clearer awareness of breath, sensation and movement through the body’s center, without requiring or promising a particular result.
Gyan brings more than 30 years of experience in bodywork, individual sessions and professional teaching. The work is carefully paced and never requires pushing through pain. Your comfort, boundaries and choices are respected through clear communication and ongoing consent.

Lovehand Transformation Journey
A deep encounter through touch, breath and the unknown
This extended session is for those who feel called beyond the familiar territory of massage and into a more profound encounter with themselves.
Through touch, breath, awareness, meditation, movement and grounded presence, the session opens a space in which sensation, emotion, sound, stillness and life energy can unfold in their own unpredictable ways. The experience may be tender or fierce, silent or wild. Whatever arises is met without force, performance or judgment.
Gyan brings more than 30 years of experience to the work, allowing him to remain steady, attentive and responsive even when the journey becomes powerful, raw or unexpected. The session unfolds with clear boundaries, ongoing consent and the freedom to pause, change direction or stop.
This work carries a shamanic dimension: a descent into the living mystery of the body, where instinct, emotion, sound, movement and life energy take forms the rational mind cannot direct or explain. It is a journey through the strangeness, beauty, rawness, truth and glory of meeting yourself and the world directly. No two journeys are alike. There is no fixed script or prescribed destination—it is a mystery unfolding.
This is not a conventional relaxation massage. It is an invitation for those who feel ready and freely choose to step toward the unknown within themselves—with curiosity and courage.
